Spring at Jenkins is the perfect time to photograph blooms with azaleas, rhododendrons, and flowering trees galore! Award-winning photographer Laura Ducceschi will illustrate some of the challenges and solutions to creating impactful floral photographs, including equipment, camera settings, lighting, and composition.
Friday evening’s indoor instruction will prepare you for photographing out in the gardens on Saturday morning. After spending time in the gardens, the group will reconvene indoors for supportive sharing.
Participants will need to bring a camera, a fully charged battery, and a camera card with space to shoot freely. Photographers with any kind of camera can benefit, but DSLRs are recommended.
