Storytelling Through Nature Photography

Explore the art of visual storytelling during this immersive workshop.
An indoor presentation will highlight the National Geographic Society’s standards and principles of narrative, documentation, and observation, as well as how we can protect and conserve both wildlife and wild spaces through art. Participants will then put these techniques and ideas into practice during an outdoor guided photo walk.
Participants can use any kind of camera—from smartphones to DSLRs. Be sure to have a fully charged battery and storage space to shoot freely.
