Take time out of your busy schedule to practice Mindful Yoga.

Our Mindful Yoga practice consists of gentle stretching and strengthening exercises done slowly with awareness of breath as we move from pose to pose.
All levels welcome; modifications and variations will be offered. Bring yoga blocks and straps to use with modifications.
This is a hybrid series – in-person and online options are available.
Members: $84/7-week series
Non-Members: $120/7-week series
