Mindful Yoga (4/4 – 5/9)

Throughout our busy and often stressful lives, take time to practice Mindful Hatha Yoga. Our practice will consist of gentle stretching and strengthening exercises done slowly with moment-to-moment awareness of breath and sensations that arise as we move from pose to pose.
All levels welcome; modifications and variations will be offered. Participants may find yoga blocks and straps beneficial for your practice.
Mindful Yoga classes will be virtual until we are able to safely bring our practice in-person indoors.
Members: $72 for 6-week series
Non-Members: $102 for 6-week series
