DESCRIPTION:Over the past five years\, Jenkins’ horticulture team has thoughtfully redesigned and expanded the plantings around the pond to reduce turf\, respond to changes in the landscape\, and enhance seasonal beauty. All of these additions to the garden are beautiful\, resilient\, and support pollinators and wildlife throughout the year. \n\n\n\nJoin us for an exclusive evening tour led by Karen Miller\, Head Horticulturist\, and Riley Callow\, Hamilton Horticulture Apprentice. Together\, they’ll share how these new and redesigned plantings were selected\, how they benefit wildlife\, and how the pond area continues to evolve as an ecologically rich and visually stunning part of the garden. \n\n\n\nPlease wear sturdy footwear and be prepared for damp\, uneven\, and sometimes steep terrain. \n\n\n\nThis event is free for members at the Donor Level and above ($100+).
