However\, today we live in a society where there is often a disconnect between the plants themselves and the products that they are used to manufacture. Ethnobotany is the study of the classification\, use\, and management of plants by people. Participants will then pot-up a container designed to attract and nurture these native species. This program is appropriate for children ages 6-10 accompanied by an adult. Each adult/child team will work at their own table to ensure social distancing. \n$15/child for members; $20/child for non-members. \nAdult accompaniment is required. Stroll the gardens and photograph what inspires you\, while learning various compositional and technical options on the spot. \nParticipants will need to bring a camera\, a fully charged battery\, and a camera card with space to shoot freely.
