Our Mindful Yoga practice will consist of gentle stretching and strengthening exercises done slowly with awareness of breath and sensations that arise as we move from pose to pose. \nAll levels welcome; modifications and variations will be offered. Participants must have yoga blocks and straps available to take advantage of the variety of modifications.  \nOur Thursday Morning Mindful Yoga classes will be held virtually. \nMembers:  $48/4-week series \nNon-Members: $68/4-week series
