Explore wildlife classification\, discover how humans and herps differ\, learn about their roles in our woodland and watershed ecosystems\, and find out how we can help protect them. Create your own slime as a visual aid and hands-on way to understand these amazing animals. Suitable for ages 4+. Please dress accordingly—slime can sometimes be sticky or tacky. These special forest bathing experiences will be nourishing to the soul\, offering a safe space to wander\, reflect\, and restore. Begin with a guided mindfulness meditation\, then experience the Jenkins woodlands through a series of exploratory invitations that encourage grounding and playfulness with nature. Walks will conclude with herbal tea and shared reflections. Program will be held outdoors with indoor or covered options available for inclement weather. Please dress appropriately with sturdy footwear. Members: $35/walk | Non-Members: $40/walk Forest Bathing walks are scheduled for Apr 12 and May 6.
